Health Guarantee

HEALTH GUARANTEE

1. Purchaser must take puppy to the veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase at the purchaser's expense.  The examination must include a stool check for parasites. Both a floatation and smear test are required.

2. Color or size of the puppy is not guaranteed.

3. All of our pups are on a regular worming schedule and are also treated for other parasites as needed.

4. We do not guarantee against parasites of any kind, as this can be ongoing and should be checked along with future vaccinations, by the purchasers veterinarian.

5. Our pups are also current on vaccinations.

6. Our pups receive a vet check from our veterinarian and anything found at that time will be made available to the new owners of the pup in writing by us.

7. If the puppy dies within 48 hours of purchase, the purchaser must have an autopsy performed at purchaser's expense to determine cause of death.  If the death was caused by an illness which the puppy had prior to the time of sale, it will be the sellers option to offer a puppy of equal value, if one is not available the purchaser must pay the difference or wait till one of equal value is available, or to offer a refund of the purchase price only providing all the above mentioned terms are met.

8. We do guarantee for one year against genetic defects that greatly reduce the quality of life of the pup.  If such a condition exist, the purchaser at his own expense must obtain and mail the seller a statement from two different veterinarians stating what the condition is and to what extent it will affect the puppy.  It will be at the sellers discretion whether to offer a refund of the purchase price or to replace the pup with one of equal value. If one of equal value is not available, the buyer must pay the difference or wait until one of equal value becomes available.

9. We will not be responsible for any vet bills at any time.

10. We do not guarantee the breedability of our pups. We strive to raise good quality puppies for pets only.  We strongly recommend to have your pet spayed or neutered.

11.If buyer does not take the pup to the veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase, the seller waives all responsibility and this contract in its entirety will be void immediately.

12. This guarantee does not apply for pups bought at a reduced price.  They are sold as is with no guarantee.
